Our goal, in partnership with parents and the community, is to create a safe, equitable and inclusive school environment where students will acquire the academic and social skills necessary to pursue a career of their choice and be productive citizens. This environment will promote attitudes of mutual respect as well as high expectations.

Stevens Eagles Self-Manager Program Philosophy
We, the staff of Stevens, believe:
- that each student is capable of managing his/her behavior,
- that each student is capable of making decisions for his/her behavior,
- that each student is capable of accepting the consequences of his/
her behavior, and
- that each student is capable of accepting and responding to positive
reinforcement.
Therefore, the Self-Manager Program will:
- increase self-esteem,
- increase positive interactions between students and supervisors,
- create a positive learning environment,
- promote school spirit and pride, and
- allow students to make choices concerning their own behavior, and
accept either positive or negative consequences.
