I've been working at Logan School since 1991. The first two years I worked at Logan I was a home school liaison. During this time, at the encouragement of my coworkers, I went back to school and got a teaching certificate. The first year after I graduated I spent substituting. Then I joined Mrs. Rypien in a 1st grade job share experience. Finally, I got my own room and now I'm teaching second grade. I will probably retire out of room 111 because Logan school has become my second home.
I have a great family which consists of two wonderful daughters, two great son-in-laws, a handsome grandson, a beautiful granddaughter, a husband of 37 years, and a psychotic cat. When not at school I like to bike ride, sew and scrapbook. Whenever time permits I am an avid mystery reader.
