2008-2009 Kindergarten / New Student Registration
FOR KINDERGARTEN AND ALL STUDENTS NEW TO ADAMS
Beginning March 17, 2008 and
continuing through the end of the year
Register Early
7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. each day

Kindergarten Birth Date Information
Born on or before August 31, 2003
(Must be 5 on or before this date in 2008)

Kindergarten Sessions
A.M. Kindergarten 8:55-11:30 and PM Kindergarten 12:30-3:00

REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
A birth certificate, a passport or other verification of age, along with a **completed
and up to date immunization form, must be presented at the time of registration.

**If your child is still in the process of completing his/her immunizations, we will 
accept your registration forms, but he/she will need to have all
immunizations complete (or a signed exemption), before he/she begins school in the fall.
