Welcome to our new websiteFALL ORIENTATION INFO.....
All SVL students are required to attend one of the following orientations:

8/25/10, 8/26/10, 9/1/10, 9/2/10, 9/8/10, 9/9/10, 9/15/10, 9/16/10


All orientations will be from 5:00 - 7:00pm except for 9/15/10 which will be from 6:00 - 7:30pm.

Orientations will be held in room 210 at The Libby Center located at 2900 East 1st Avenue.


STUDENTS MUST ATTEND AN ORIENTATION. THIS INCLUDES STUDENTS THAT HAVE TAKEN AN SVL CLASS BEFORE. STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE THEIR LOGIN INFORMATION AT THE ORIENTATION.


Am I enrolled?We are still in the process of entering student registrations. You will receive an email from us soon verifying your enrollment. However, if you have faxed us your completed form then you can count on being in the class and attending one of the orientations.

All of our teachers are Washington State Credentialed and Highly Qualified in the subjects they teach.

Gary Gillespie

Gary Gillespie Gary Gillespie received his degree in Mathematics at Lewis-Clark State College. He taught for one year in Lewiston, Idaho before moving to Salem, Oregon. While there, Gary and his wife had two beautiful daughters. Before leaving Oregon, Gary completed his Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. In 2006, Gary moved his family to Spokane to be closer to family. Gary has taught math at Ferris High School for four years and also developed and teaches Math Applications for Spokane Virtual Learning.

Some things about Gary that people might not know are that he served in the Idaho Army National Guard for 8 years, traveled to Paris while in high school and managed a movie theatre for Regal Cinemas. A few of his hobbies include spending time with his family, quiet time reading books and geocaching.
